Personality and your job interview

A success in a job related to sales is really not solely based on skills that are taught in college. Ask any successful salesperson and they will tell you that what is essentially the formula for success is personality. A person with a great personality, who has the ability to effortlessly communicate with people, and who has the rare talent of persuasion will have a great career in sales.
In a professional sales job interview, the job applicant’s personality will be scrutinized closely. The job interviewer knows the sales success formula and will try to determine if the applicant has the right personality and attitude for a job in sales.
