PREPARING FOR AN INTERVIEW
Most people hate interviews since it’s the most crucial part of finding a job. Facing your interview is stressful. It’s one’s way of entering the company and establishing one’s self with their future boss. Every question asked by the interviewer is used to differentiate your skills, experience and personality to that of other candidates. The company wants to determine if what you have to offer will match well with the organization’s mission and goals. Before your actual interview, practice your answer to basic questions like “Tell me more about yourself” and “Why should we hire you”. Offer a response that supports your career objective.
